Capital Elite is a leading real estate development companyin Egypt and a part of the Mostafa Mansour Group (MMG). Itwas established along the construction and urban sector represented by Dream City Company and Hubcon Company, inaddition to construction equipment manufactured by General Standard Factory; all under the leadership of Eng. MostafaMansour. Eng. Mansour is an employer with extensive management experience in this field inside and outside Egypt.
